Interface design notes
How each connection is expected to behave in production
- Metering (Itron Temetra): nightly interval read import with exception codes feeding the metering queue; route files pushed back before each cycle.
- Work management (Cityworks):bi-directional service order sync with status callbacks and completion notes.
- GIS (ArcGIS): read-only feature services for parcels, mains, service points, and stormwater assets.
- ERP (Tyler MUNIS): daily cash receipting summary and revenue distribution journal entries.
- Property (IAS World): parcel ownership and impervious-area attributes to maintain the stormwater ERU roll.
- Payments: hosted payment pages with tokenization so no card data enters the CIS.
- Identity (Microsoft Entra ID):SAML/OIDC federation with group-to-role mapping and MFA enforced by the tenant.
